Ratha Saptami celebration Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendras
Feb 16 : Ratha Saptami was celebrated in all the CBSE Schools of Rashtrotthana. As a part of the celebrations Mass Surya Namaskar, Pranayama, Advance Asana demonstration, Special Lectures were organised. In many schools, students, teachers and even few parents participated in 108 Surya Namaskara demonstration.
ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 16 : ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನದ ಅಷ್ಟೂ ಸಿ.ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಇ. ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಥಸಪ್ತಮಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಆಚರಣೆಯ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ಸೂರ್ಯ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ, ಪ್ರಾಣಾಯಾಮ, ಅಡ್ವಾನ್ಸ್ ಆಸನಗಳ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ, ವಿಶೇಷ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹಲವು ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಲವು ಪೋಷಕರು 108 ಸೂರ್ಯ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು.
