July 25 & 26: The Silver Jubilee of Kargil Vijay Diwas was celebrated with devotion in Rashtrotthana Schools across the state. Kargil Vijay Diwas is celebrated to celebrate the victory over the Pakistanis in the 1999 war and to pay tribute to the brave soldiers who risked their lives for the country and to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country.
ಜುಲೈ 25 & 26: ಕಾರ್ಗಿಲ್ ವಿಜಯ ದಿನದ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಇರುವ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾಭಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಗಿಲ್ ವಿಜಯ ದಿನವನ್ನು 1999ರ ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ ಜಯವನ್ನು ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನೇ ಪಣವಾಗಿಟ್ಟ ವೀರಯೋಧರಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಮಡಿದ ಯೋಧರಿಗೆ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾಂಜಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಲು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
